WorldGaming will host the Midnight Mayhem Fight Night charity boxing event at ICE in Barcelona on January 19, 2027. The organization aims to raise €150,000 for various charitable causes through this industry-focused sporting showcase.
Participants and Training
The tournament features sixteen professionals from the iGaming sector who have committed to a five-month training regimen. Most of the participants are newcomers to the sport and will compete in front of their industry peers. The event is organized in collaboration with Behind the Gloves and WBC Cares UK, the charitable division of the World Boxing Council.The schedule includes a showcase from the WBC Adaptive Boxing Programme, which offers wheelchair-based training for individuals of all abilities. Lee McFarland, founder of Behind The Gloves, stated that the €150,000 target represents the collective effort of the fighters and their partners. Proceeds will be allocated to charities nominated by individual participants, while Behind the Gloves will retain 20% of the profits to support its operational expansion.
