Regulatory Oversight and Player Resources

Division of Gaming director Christopher Schroder stated that the agency continues to monitor market expansion while preserving regulatory standards. "As sports betting in Colorado continues to show growth, the Division of Gaming remains committed to maintaining the integrity of gaming in Colorado," Schroder said. Officials recommend that participants use built-in responsible gaming features, such as session timers and wager caps. Additional guidance is available through the BetSmart.Colorado.gov portal.
